Service Sales Rep

California Comfort Systems is seeking an experienced sales professional to develop commercial / industrial service and maintenance business in our San Francisco and Sacramento markets.  The right candidate must possess HVAC knowledge and a proven sales record. This candidate will perform all duties in a professional manner as to ensure revenue and goal achievement, new business development, team cohesiveness, and client retention

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales plan to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth
  • Implement the company's sales strategy to establish a culture of consultative selling to customer's decision-makers at all levels
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with decision makers
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities
  • Initiate a smooth transition process of sold business (including customer expectations) to operations
  • Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base
  • Demonstrate superior skill sets in prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing and following up with all customers, internal and external.
  • Participate in industry organizations to build branding and customer relationships

 Requirements

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Consultative selling skills
  • High level of financial and business acumen
  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • HVAC background or related experience
  • College Degree preferred
  • Structured Sales Education preferred
  • Pre-Employment drug screen and back ground check required, Clean driving record Required.
